Center Street Residential is a Southern California based real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and asset management of value-add multifamily properties across the Southwest and Southeast United States.

We target high-yielding assets, based on diligent location and investment analysis. Our firm seeks to maximize returns on our holdings through physical property enhancements and operational improvements.

Our mission is to provide superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors through strategic deal sourcing, thorough market analysis and underwriting, and timely execution. Our platform seeks to unlock value through the renovation and repositioning of value-add and opportunistic multifamily opportunities. We strive to deliver a better-quality asset that provides an unmatched resident experience and higher standard of living for our tenants.

Center Street Overview

Center Street Residential is the privately-owned multifamily investment and development arm of Center Street Lending “CSL”.
Center Street Lending is a short-term bridge lender to single-family residential and multifamily investors across the United States. CSL was founded in 2010 by Steve Couig. The company is headquartered in Irvine, CA with more than 40 employees, and has originated over $2.0B in residential loans since inception. CSL has successfully sponsored 12 different discretionary investment offerings, backed by significant institutional and private capital.

Our management team has deep residential investment experience as well as a successful track record of leading private and public companies. Our team has wide-ranging expertise in acquiring value-add multifamily assets, residential land entitlement and development, master planned community development and homebuilding.
